JazzyFit @ArabesQ

Online coaching for everyone.

A full-service online fitness coaching program, open to all. We focus on women over 40 and we understand the specific needs of women who train in hijab — and we coach anyone who wants to get stronger. Strength, mind and body and soul, weight loss, and aesthetics, in a program tailor made to your needs and the equipment you can actually get to.

What we coach

Full service, and open to all.

Some clients come to get stronger. Some come to lose weight. Some want to change how they look, and plenty want all three at once. JazzyFit is built to handle any of it, for anyone — women, men, beginners, and people coming back after years away.

Two groups get extra depth here, because we know them well: women over 40, and women who train in hijab. Knowing those needs well does not narrow the door. It just means nobody has to explain themselves before they start.

Strength

Progressive resistance work built for real capability. Heavier lifts, steadier joints, bone density, and the kind of strength that shows up in ordinary days.

Mind, body, and soul

The part most programs leave out. Habits, sleep, stress, and the mental side of training, coached alongside the physical work rather than after it.

Weight loss

Sustainable, measured, and honest about the timeline. Nutrition guidance and training that work together instead of fighting each other.

Aesthetics

If you want to change how you look, we will program for it directly. Shape, composition, and definition are legitimate goals, not vanity.

By design

Every program is set up to fit your needs.

Tailor made means exactly that. We build around your goals, your history, your week, and the equipment you have access to — a full gym, a rack in the garage, one kettlebell, or the floor of a bedroom.

Your equipment, your plan

We write the program for what you actually have, not for the gym we wish you had. Substitutions are built in from day one.

Video and photos, your call

We do use form videos and progress photos, because they are the fastest way to fix a lift and see real change. When you cannot or would rather not, we say so plainly and coach another way. When you choose to, we set up private, safe ways to do it.

How coaching is delivered

Check-ins where you are comfortable.

Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins on Google Meet or by email. If neither of those suits you, tell us what does and we will work with it. No app to download and nothing new to learn.

How a program runs

Six weeks, with a job for each one.

Week one — intake and preparation

Your history, injuries, schedule, goals, and equipment. We set a baseline you can beat and prepare your body for the work ahead.

Weeks two and three — build

The main working block. Loads and volume go up in small honest increments, written for the space and equipment you have.

Week four — adjust and check in

We review what actually happened, not what was planned, and adjust the second half of the program to your real life.

Weeks five and six — build and longevity work

A second build, plus the mobility, walking volume, and durability work that keeps the gains and carries into the next six weeks.

Coaching rates

Two ways in.

One is full coaching with a coach in your corner. The other is a low-cost monthly challenge you can start this week. Both are online and both are open to everyone.

One-on-one coaching

$250/month

Three-month commitment

Your own tailor-made program, rewritten as you progress, with a coach you actually talk to. Six-week blocks, weekly or bi-weekly check-ins on Google Meet or by email, form review, and access to your coach between check-ins on WhatsApp or Telegram.

  • Program written around your goals, history, schedule, and equipment
  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, on camera or entirely in writing
  • Programming adjusted at week four based on what really happened
  • Movement demos, plus nutrition guidance if you want it
  • Three months minimum, because six weeks is one block and real change takes two

Challenge plan

$25/month

Month to month

The monthly challenge. A structured program you follow on your own schedule, with the group moving through it alongside you. The cheapest honest way to find out whether you like training before committing to coaching.

  • A new programmed challenge every month
  • Scaled options so it works with whatever equipment you have
  • Movement demos on Instagram and Snapchat
  • Group accountability, without one-on-one check-ins
  • Cancel any month, no commitment
Join the challenge
Both plans start with the same intake form. It asks about your history, your measurements, your equipment, and your goals, so your first week is programming instead of paperwork. One-on-one spots are limited and taken in the order intakes arrive.

Train for the next thirty years, not the next thirty days.

Fill out the intake form and a coach reads it before writing you anything. Ten minutes now saves your whole first week.
