We began as a cleaning company. Walkthroughs, night crews, square-foot math, and the slow work of proving to a property manager that a small woman-owned firm shows up every time it says it will.
Winning that work taught us the real bottleneck. Skill was never the problem. The problem was infrastructure: no page a buyer trusted, no pricing anyone could say out loud, no repeatable way to get in front of the person who signs. Owners around us had the same gap.
So we built the district: a place where other owners get the page, the listing, and the pipeline we had to build the hard way. The cleaning crews, the consulting practice, and the training program stayed with the operating company at arabesqservices.com, where contract buyers expect to find them.
Management consulting was on the license from the beginning. It took running a payroll, a crew, and a pricing sheet before we had anything worth teaching.
Saliymah leads ArabesQ Services LLC. She sets the brand, the pricing posture, and which contracts the company takes. She built the cleaning book of business from first walkthrough to recurring accounts, and she decides what the company puts its name on.
Saidah owns delivery. Crews, scopes, scheduling, quality inspections, and the design of every program we run, from consulting curriculum to storefront onboarding to JazzyFit coaching. If a client experiences it, she built the process behind it.
